Hyatt Place Sarasota/Bradenton Airport

Excellent front staff ,check in was fast, helpful.and informative. Room was CLEAN and nice size. Hot tub was great and pool nice and clean. HOT breakfast had variety. All in all this was a GOOD VALUE. Ido recommends this hotel.

Stayed here for a week with my husband and teenage daughter. The room was spacious, the beds firm but comfortable, and the bathroom toiletries were well stocked. There was breakfast served every morning with some of the offerings changed daily so you are not getting the same old-same old everyday. For our lengthy stay, that was a wonderful perk. The hotel is across from the airport, has a bus stop in around the corner on the main road, and a pool with loungers and umbrella covered tables with chairs. The lobby though not big has been thoughtfully appointed and allows for guest to carve out their own spaces for quiet conversations. I took 1 star away as I was told the room was ready when we arrived but it lacked enough bath towels for the three of us. We had enough wash cloths and hand towels but only 1 bath towel in the shower area. (It was easy to remedy with a quick stop at the front desk.) Also, the electronic key that should have worked with app never did. And last, they have a washer and dryer set on the 2nd and 3rd floor but the washing machines were not working on either floor when we tried them. Other than these minor things,I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Overall Hyatt Place was a great stay! Always friendly and helpful front desk and management staff. Made themselves available to help at all times. Clean hotel and excellent cleaning staff. Rooms were a little on the small side, but the bed may have been the best I've slept on compared to other hotels. Nice breakfast every morning!

Gabriel took great care of us when we arrived, Melissa(I think) was also very friendly at check out. Hotel room was clean, comfy beds, fluffy towels. Breakfast included was very good, I loved the fresh fruits!!

Very good place. I like the lobby and their people who work as reception. Food is good, gets cold quick though, most likely due to AC. Plenty tables and lounges to eat. Pool area is interesting, as the area was not quite the oasis I've seen in the photos. I'm sure it's getting taken care of. My only issue was the cleaning did not clean the toilet, nor the floors. The location of the hotel was very convenient.

Rooms were large. The water pressure was strong and the water was hot. The bed was soft as was the couch. There was a soccer tournament in the area so the hotel was filled with kids but luckily they kept the volume down. The hotel had specific rules that were mentioned to the families. The only issue was the AC. The AC unit was by the bed without any other vents so it didn't cool the entire room very well.

The staff was so kind and considerate. Always smiling and willing to help. The room was pristine and perfect. The breakfast was a full breakfast unlike some other hotels where no hot food is served, but here they had everything you could want for your breakfast. The grounds, pool and overall maintenance was on point. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and this Hyatt Place Hotel. Job well done Hyatt Place team!

This hotel was amazing. Exceptional from the moment I checked in. The staff is very friendly and super attentive. The whole facility was emaculate. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. I give this hotel 10 stars. If I have to come back to Sarasota this is the only place I would stay!
