05-01-2023 20:18Shocking customer service. Visited the showroom today as I'm looking to remodel. Had a look round and approached the old man sitting at his desk with “hi mate” to what he responded a few seconds later with “yeah what”. I just walked out didn’t even bother responding to such a rude response.

02-24-2023 05:47We first visited the Bathroom showroom in April, and despite them not having all the products that we wanted for our bathroom refit, we liked the sales staff, and so decided to have an order with Bathroom Showroom, and one with another company. It would have been easier to go with the other company and I wish we had. We placed an order at the beginning of May, and every time we asked when it would be delivered were told it would be with us in a couple of days. Eventually 18 days later, we were told the products weren't in stock, but they the toilet would be replaced free of charge with another, as the one we originally ordered was not in stock. We wanted to then change the basin order so the bathroom suite matched, which does not seem to be unusual or unreasonable. We were then told that we would need to pay more money, which we were willing to accept for the basin, however now the toilet would not be a swop. We now were quoted several different prices that varied from £298.22 to £471, on top of what we had already paid. Having wasted lots of time and feeling lied to and misled, we decided to cancel the order, and source the goods elsewhere. We then had to wait for the refund for nearly £400 which was only completed when I chased it for a second time, leaving me waiting over 2 weeks for that money. I complained and asked the regional manager the following: Why it took so long to tell us the item was not in stock? Why we were told in writing it would be a straight swop, which was then not honoured? Why there were no fixed prices throughout this process? Why it took over 2 weeks to process the refund, and when this was activated? There were no clear answers, other than we are sorry. There was no resolution offered. Don't bother with this place - they will mess you around and not tell you the truth.
