Had my car repaired post car park dink. Dent was repaired well but the paint is absolutely shocking. Bad paint runs and orange peel effect really bad. It's been just over a year and rust has come through st the bottom of the door so wasn't prepared correctly. Hasn't been flatted or polished either. Could have done a better job with a rattle can. All that and they used my fuel to get the car to and from garage with no reimbursement from insurance or garage??? If you respect your car don't bother sending your car here.

I was involved in an accident that was no fault of my own, which was unfortunately only the start of my stressful journey. My car was with AD Williams for a good 3 and a half months. Through that entire time I received zero communication apart from one prompted text message about not having a part in the shop after the third party insurance company sent some emails. I tried on multiple occasions to call the garage but was always met with no answer. It didn't matter the day of the week or the time of day. The only way I could get in contact was to jump through several hoops being passed around internally from one department to another, EVENTUALLY landing at the garage. When I finally received my car back I refused to sign the paperwork because of the shoddy work I had received. There were multiple clear issues even at a glance. The finish on the paintwork was poor with bubbles forming where the paint hadn't been applied properly, and a kind of mottled look to the paint finish where I can only assume it was rushed. Due to the collision I had some damage to various bits of trim, none of which was looked at or even touched. A new bumper had been installed, but even that had visible hairline scratches here and there. I sent the car back, and the customer service rep promised over the phone that all the issues I'd raised would be fixed, and the car would be returned with a full tank of petrol, as they'd driven it to and from the garage (even though they do have a towing vehicle) The car came back 2 weeks later. Petrol at a quarter of a tank and the bit's of trim that had become dislodged due to the collision were STILL untouched, with a strip down the entire side of my windscreen still being loose to the touch. Bits of panels inside the vehicle still were still unclipped and not fixed properly in place. The paint work, while improved, still had a poor amateurish look to it and the cleaning job they had promised to do would've been better served by my local £3.50 drive through car wash. Livid was not the word. But I refused to give it back to them a third time and instead signed the car off, leaving comments about the poor state of repair. I was promised a call back, but of course AD Williams never deigned it necessary to get back to me. I won't be making the effort to call again. Fast forward 1 week later, and I'm driving down the motorway, and what comes rattling off my vehicle, the aforementioned piece of trim that wasn't affixed properly to the side of my windscreen. Truly awful from start to finish. If you're reading this review, please think twice about using AD Williams, I see reading through just a small sample of reviews many people are mirroring my own experience. and my message to the people at AD Williams. You need to be better. This is the first car I've bought for myself, my pride and joy, and now after the collision and my abysmal experience with your company, I don't even want to drive it; I'll never look at it quite the same again. I'm not sure if it's even safe to drive due to the lack of apparent care and attention you've clearly given. If I ever hear anyone mention that there getting they're vehicle repaired at AD Williams, I'll make damned well sure that they steer clear. Regards, A very disgruntled customer.

I am so late at writing a review, but AD Williams are an absolutely amazing company! I genuinely cannot get over how incredible the customer service was especially Harriet. AD Williams really do go above and beyond for customers, when my car was delivered back to me it was sparkling clean which I didn't expect at all. Thank you for being so wonderful!

I wish Iwould of read some of the reviews about this company before allowing my van to be repaired by them. The quality of work was very very poor and unfinished and the service from office is just as abysmal. Lots of excuses that are very hard to believe are the truth. Beware.

My car went in 8 times, due to them not repairing it correctly each time. The hire car was not fit for purpose and unsafe. Brakes and handbrake didn’t work so couldn’t use the car. The garage just said it was ok as it’s just had a service. Bad customer service.

AD Williams were the preferred garage after my car needed substantial panel repairs. They picked my car up, delivered it back to me, and during the time they had it, they kept me regularly updated with where my car was in the process. Excellent communications, friendly staff and most importantly - an excellent job on the repairs! The car looks brand new again.

While my car was with AD Williams, I read though these reviews and was feeling quite nervous if my bride and joy was going to be looked after, what trouble I might expect etc. I can't fault AD Williams at all!. Consistent communication throughout and quick turnaround (less than 1 week). Vehicle was picked up and courtesy car given perfectly well. The repair (bodywork deep scratches and large dent) vanished like nothing happened!! Perfect repair in other words! Thank you AD Williams.

I had an accident in my car due to other drivers' carelessness. My insurance company directed me to AD Williams. I got a call for repair and booked an appointment. On the appointment day, they came and inspected my car and gave each and every detail on the paper. In one day, they repaired my car and delivered like new. 👍 But, they have to improve their customer care service to answer our queries quickly.
