Great salesman, great vehicle, ridiculous wait times for service appts. 3hrs to get a service and tire change? The last year the wait times have become insane. We will be switching to Steele Mazda.

My girlfriend usually brings her car here to get serviced, and is normally satisfied with the work they do. Recently she brought her vehicle in for a new MVI and routine maintenance. Within a couple of weeks the battery in her car was completely dead and the car needed to be jumped multiple times before being brought in for servicing once again. This could been avoided if during the previous servicing anyone had even taken a second to look at the battery, let alone test it. When she pointed out her displeasure that no one had taken this care, the service manager played dumb and had an “I don’t know what you want me to do about that” attitude which was incredibly off-putting. Eventually his co-worker Merry was astute enough to own up to their error and offered a discount on the second service appointment. Nevertheless, the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths and we’ll certainly think twice about coming back.

I just purchased the CX90 PHEV and I am very impressed so far. We have over 500 km on it and have only burned about 35 L of gas. Using the electric mode in the city and on short distances is saving us a ton of money. The staff and my sales associate Bob Powers made everything easy and they were very professional and great to deal with.

The service department here is great. I have had the Mazda in for service multiple times at different dealerships and shops and they were the only ones who fixed the whirring noise it made. The car also drives noticeably better than other places I've had it serviced at. Highly recommend.

I have to write this review. Just because of amazing the people and service. As a tourist who drove from Toronto to tour atlantic Canada I wish this was my local dealer. Heck, I'd drive all the way here just for an oil change. I had an oil change booked here but ended up hitting a pothole on my way to the dealership and lost both passenger side tires. Ouch. Not what you want when your only mode of transportation gets 2 flats. I was close enough to slowly crawl to the dealership and was greeted by Merrie at the service desk. Long story short Merrie went out of her way to make sure she got me the best tires at a great price. She even worked with Mazda to get some of the cost covered through M.A.P. I was there for a while but they made me feel so welcome I didn't really feel it. Big shoutout to Kyle im service as well who recommended a solid route to drive back on. Thank you guys! You are all awesome!

City Mazda was too pleased to book me a 1 hour appointment at $125 or so to install a $300 part. The part turned out to be an SD card that is worth $30 from an OEM source. It took a while to get here but seriously - a x10 markup? The $600 upgrade is worth about $60 from the same source. Is a 10x markup really necessary? Nice place, good people, great car. Males me wonder about the net worth of m9st things.

I bought my first ever car in Canada from City Mazda and I will remember this for the rest of my life, the personnel are very friendly and warm and made this process extremely comfortable and easy for me.
