11-04-2023 15:22I normally use other cycle shops to get my bike repaired. The shops I have used are normally very knowledgeable and helpful. I am use to people doing their best to get me back on the road. Shame to say that this wasn't the case at Specialized. Rude arrogant and I was made to feel unwelcome. I had to use the mechanics and on picking up the bike I was advised it would cost £400 to get me bike back on the road. I took it to another national shop and the mechanics were amazing and got me back on the road for under £50. With some great advice on possible repairs in the future. I was looking at purchasing a new bike and liked the look of the Specialized tarmac but after this service I will be looking somewhere else.

10-09-2023 14:31I made an online purchase of consumables and was contacted by the very helpful and lovely Elle who advised on a very small quality issue prior to dispatching and confirmed I was still happy to receive. Costs were kindly adjusted and items arrived in a few days, with a personal note wishing me luck for my next event. Great service, Great company, Great comms, Great Staff. Will buy from again. Thanks

07-28-2023 01:31Staff are really welcoming and friendly. When picking my new bike over a year ago now, staff offered a lot of really useful expert advice and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and discuss options. I was able to use their back car park to try out the bike. They were all very supportive and didn't pressure me in anyway to buy the first bike I saw. They were more interested in finding the bike for me. A year later, and I absolutely love my bike! I have popped in a couple of times over the year to ask questions and get advice and also service my bike with them. They are really great at communicating and it's great to be told my bike is ready with a simple text. Highly recommended.

05-22-2023 13:43Huge thank you to Patrycja for going above and beyond to sort my bike out! My bike's front derailleur was not shifting properly despite a recent service at the Specialized Store so I admit I was initially a bit disappointed to develop this problem so soon after a gold service with lots of new parts fitted including new chain, cassette, and front and rear gear cables. But Patrycja totally compensated for this. She kindly fitted me in the same day and spent a lot of time and effort checking my bike over, even picked up another problem (chain too loose) which she fixed for no extra charge, just to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And I really am now! Thanks again!
