Visited the store today, staff are very friendly and helpful. Fitting rooms are available - great disabled fitting room facilities; very spacious room, room for a wheelchair user, long bench to sit on, lots of extra handles, red cord hanging freely (not tied up or out of reach, well done!). Will visit again.

Second time visiting whilst in the area. Found a couple of pairs I liked and was approached by a male member of staff within minutes asking if I wanted a particular size as he could check in the stock room. He got my requested size in both pairs, I then thought I had to choose as couldnt really justify buying both but then spotted the buy one get one half price sign!! Left the store a very happy lady. Great service and staff

They used too be cool off the wall, but they've gone safe and square, if your over 50 this is your place.

I love vans shoes always comfortable and last long .My issue is any time I go to the store and find something nice the shop don't have it in my size (UK 8)Very fustrating walking around in that small crowded place and find 3 different item and non of them have in the one of the most common size . Especially when we talk about New display items.Would make much more sense to organize your items by the system what you have in what size becouse I start to feel I wasting my time when I walk in .Staff never knows what's coming when and what size.If I like something I supposed to check back every day and hope I get lucky or buy online from Ebay ,Amazon...

Went in on the off chance and found a bargain … enquired about a different pair and Alisha was super helpful. Went out of her way to help was chatty and made me feel welcomed. Found my favourite pair and a very happy customer! Will be going back for sure.
