09-11-2023 21:38Currys LOVE to push their fake warranty. Twice they've told me the warranty covers ANY breaks on the headphones I was buying, and then when you go in to replace them, they'll tell you that actually it only covers specific faults. The staff really tried to convince me to buy it and I had to say no three times. I don't think staff should be lying about what a warranty covers just to make you buy it and then get caught out.

09-10-2023 11:15Came in to buy a TV. I was hanging around the TV section for about 10 minutes but no staff around to help with my enquiry so I went looking for someone. Person said he was busy but will send someone down to help, waited another 10 minutes but no one came. Took a photo of the TV details and went to the till to buy it. One person was serving, waited 5 minutes, when I got served the person clearly didn't know what she was doing and had to go to another person for help about three times. After we arranged a date and time for delivery I was then told the TV was out of stock. 40 minutes wasted in the store. I got the TV details I wanted and ordered it online from Amazon for cheaper and free delivery in two days. The customer service in this store is always terrible. I'll never buy anything from here again.

08-30-2023 07:42Checked the stock levels for a mouse, and it says in stock (i urgently needed it for work). I load a corporate gift card with the necessary funds and I proceed with the order for click and collect. Sure enough an hour later my order gets cancelled and i am informed that the money will go back to the gift card at least 24h later. I now have to wait for 24 hours for the money to come back, and then another 3-5 working days for the delivery of the mouse. Well done folks. Thanks a lot, probably will lose around £350 for all of these days. Thanks again.

08-28-2023 21:42Usually, I give good reviews. However, on this occasion I cannot. Ordered and paid for a fridge freezer, told they couldn't deliver until Sunday, yes they had some in store not a problem. Waited in all day Sunday delivery between 7.30am - 8pm Couldn't get on the track your delivery, but no problem. 8pm came and went, tried phoning store only one number available and it was closed until Monday. Cut a long story short, the warehouse had cancelled the order because they didn't have one in store. Yet they had been to collectfrom the local branch we used to collect goods for someone else but didn't collect our fridge freezer. We were told to go in store to sort this out. Another fridge freezer ordered, had to wait a further 3 days. The delivery guy that finally delivered the item was rude, miserable and not communicating. Would I use Curry's again? Most certainly not!

06-30-2023 01:23No wonder the high street is dying with customer service like this. Far too busy chatting amongst themselves to be helpful. When I asked a question it was like it was too much effort to think of a way to help, a shrug of the shoulders from the sales person so I just walked out. I'll get the two items I want from Argos or Amazon then!
