09-12-2023 06:55I went to the Chadstone Samsung store becasue I received an email from Samsung saying to bring in your original device and use your Trade ID in person at any Samsung Experience Store as part of the Trade-Up program. Parking was a nightmare. Took 15 minutes to find one. I was so excited and enthusiastic about the new Fold5 but the person that served me was not so helpful and lacked any enthusiam about the new Fold5. So in the future, I will stay away from this store so that I can maintain my excitement about new products in the future. The store looks great. But the store lacks the adequate staffing and enthusiastic vibe that you get when you enter an Apple store. Regardless, I still remain a Samsung fan, despite my forgettable experience at the so called Samsung Experience Store.

09-06-2023 04:59They changed my Flip 4 screen protector so quickly! I had so much issue dealing with Samsung customer service online and I even went to the main Samsung repair store in Oakleigh - had no luck. Went to this store just hoping they could help and I'm so glad I did. No hassle at all! Very happy with their service. 😊

09-01-2023 15:26I've took my phone to this shop for raparation and now I don't the phone nor the refund that SAMSUNG approved . ATTENTION: Be careful if you are thinking in buying products from Samsung. The guarantee they provide is not real. My phone was broken under the guarantee time and after their assessment they said they will do a refund but it's all a lie, they just don't refund your money. More than 2 months and they keep sending premade emails saying they will refund but they don't do it! Be careful, DON'T BUY SAMSUNG because if the product is faulty under the garantee time, even if they tell you the wil refund they WON'T!

08-13-2023 23:52Has anyone had any luck trying to contact these guys on the phone? My Fold 4 is beginning to crack (the factory installed screen protector) and needs replacing as it's still under warranty. Another store told me that the Chadstone store can do the replacement on the spot. When you try to ring them to make sure they have stock, you go through some call centre in Singapore who have no idea what you're taking about and can't pass the call on. I just want to call them and tell them to put one aside for me as I am a couple of hours away from Chadstone.

07-05-2023 02:49I would give them zero star only if I can do so. Not related to this store specifically, but the customer service from Samsung in general is terrible. I had requested for a refund on my faulty TV unit since June. I had been told it will normally take 21-30 days for the whole process, BUT I still haven't receive any money or update from them as at the time of writing this review. Waited for a month for Samsung to come and collect the faulty TV which I had been told it should only take 7-14 days to do so. During that month, I had been keep contacting Samsung to escalate which is meaningless. The only reply that I got is we will escalate this to the case manager and ask them to give you a call back. This issue had been escalated for months and still no one even tried to call me or send me an email to give me an update. VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY

06-17-2023 20:02Taken my Flip 3 for a repair in last December due to a battery issue. They replaced the battery (but I had to call the repair centre to get them to replace it for free as they first refused to fix it for free and I have to pay $65 ASSESSMENT FEE to get my phone back even if I don't go ahead with the repair) and they did a shocking job at gluing the glass panel back on and now I have taken my phone back to the repair centre more than five times just so they can reassemble the phone back. The panel has now once again popped out again last week so I now have to take it to the store again. This is so frustrating and wasted so much time now. I had to get a new phone because the phone was in the repair centre for more than 3mths in total (one time they didn't notify me when the phone was ready to be picked up so I had to actually call them up to follow up). They also factory reset the phone every single time so I had to download and install every apps again every time I get my phone back. This is just a joke.

03-24-2023 11:39My Samsung flip screen protector lifting at fold and my hydrogel screen protector completely shredded, had rung Samsung who said they would ensure hydrogel protector there for when I arrived. You know what I'm going to say don't you- not only didn't they have, they denied flip phone actually came with them! What the? So when I brought phone, got it home, took it out of box, put it inside outer case, then peeled off hydrogel film, that came in box and said put over phone screen - I was dreaming? But staff were insistent didn't come with phone, good grief, clueless. No help.

03-24-2023 06:48Never expected. I am Samsung customer since my last 6 devices, NOTE3,S8,S9,S21U,S23U,S23. I bought my last device S23 to gift my father. But soon after I gave him, it was playing with network connection. Mostly it says Services not available. I went to Vodafone shop to check simcard and replaced, but it still same while working on my S23U. So it was clearly hardware issue. (Device was kept in cover and never had any accident, hardly a week from purchase). When I went to chadstone store from where I bought, they said we can't replace you, we need to send it to technicians. I said I want new device or refund, not the refurbished one. Than I raised VOC. Than I got the SMS , your device is ready but again when I went to store, th manager said it was mistake and they did nothing with device and sent back here. So need to send back to technicians again. I asked reason for this trouble but they said we can't do anything. I wish I never had this purchase. Very disappointed. I could easily buy other Android phones but I wrongly trusted this so called BRAND. Now my father is without a phone and still my mobile is with technicians To experiment.
