Don't jump to defend your staff when they're blatantly lying and losing you custom by stating the customer was verbally aggressive! Luckily, I have 2 witnesses to my call! Thankfully, my insurer has passed the work to someone else as you don't appear to be able to manage a 2 month notice on materials needed and then lie about notification received from my insurer stating you'd only been emailed yesterday stating I need a courtesy car when it was emailed a week ago! Claire was clearly agitated that she had 14 people to cancel, she told me so!
