Holmeside Coffee

Best granola I've ever tasted and the coffee was immense!

My wife had wanted to try this place for a while, just wish we hadn't waited so long. Quirky, friendly and welcoming. Great Coffee as well

Great feel-good atmosphere throughout the café. Friendly staff and delicious home-cooked food (the pastrami toasted sandwich was fantastic). Experienced some delays in service, however this was due to technical difficulties so it is difficult to blame Holmeside Coffee for this. Will definitely come here again!

What a hidden gem this is. Venture to the winter gardens and where most places would have a cookie cutter cafe, Holmeside have thrown out the rulebook and set up a specialty joint in the museum. Great coffee served by passionate and knowledgeable Batistas, cakes and donuts (if you get there on the right day!) galore, and great sandwiches (try the pastrami!). Did I mention wood fired pizzas too?!

Excellent covid measures in place. Helpful staff. Delish cheese scone!!!!

Lovely ambience and not too busy, which suited my friend and me for our catch up. I was able to park close by in the on street parking, which wasn't too expensive. We just had drinks, but I was disappointed that soya milk wasn't available. There was oat milk, but I find that quite an odd flavour in hot drinks.

Amazing coffee, even better fresh food, very clean and all the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you... My new favourite place for coffee

Absolutely dreadful. 15 minutes for a latte and it came cold with half of the cup being foam which was overflowing so I couldn't even stir in sugar without splashing cold coffee everywhere. Appallingly overpriced. Uncomfortable furniture, and overall dreadful service. If I wanted to pay over £7 for two brews and a brownie I'd have went to Starbucks instead of trying to support local shops.
