09-30-2023 12:24Came inside with 2 other people at 3pm on a Friday. Took at least 3-4 minutes before someone called them to the counter to take their order. Front display had nearly a dozen empty trays and in an hour and 20 min of sitting inside didn’t see 1 of them get replenished. The store manager was seen leaving just after coming inside and didn’t even comment on the display. Took an additional 3 minutes for me to get one coffee and I observed similar occurrences with other customers coming in; one customer was heard complaining of waiting 10 min. I’m just surprised at how poorly the overall service was. The most disorganized Tim Hortons I have ever seen. The coffee I did get was excellent though.

08-04-2023 19:08Haven’t been in this location in a long time , but today we just so happened to run in for an order , and I was completely shocked it was totally filthy in there , everywhere I looked , dining room , behind counter , what has happened to these establishments that were well kept up at one time? Is it management? Employees they hire? I will never go to this location again knowing how dirty it is 🙁
