The Baltic Hotel

Absolutely brilliant hotel, very modern and stylish. Very clean and friendly staff. Good location from the centre that makes it quiet but not too far away that you can’t walk to the centre Room was gorgeous! Everything was fresh and clean. The only downfall was the lack of aircon and having a small window which didn’t really make much of a difference in how hot the room was

Absolutely loved this place, with its amazing decor , the staff was so supportive and friendly, they went above and beyond, for my mum and I when the taxiwent awal! .The only downside, was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms , which would have been appreciated considering the beautiful hot weather outside. Apart from that , I really enjoyed my stay

Absolutely unbelievable! I'll keep this brief, but the rooms were lovely and spacious with everything anyone would need. But the staff!!!! They were absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to accommodate us! We arrived at about 10 when check in was at 3 and they let us get ready for a wedding in a spare room in another on of their hotels. They then proceeded to let us keep our stuff with them until the check in time, and they left everything in our rooms for us. Lastly my missus got a massive craving for a hot chocolate at 11:30 at night. So she decided to call reception to see if they had anything. They said unfortunately they didn't have any (which makes perfect sense at that sort of hour) and then to our surprise, 15 minutes later we get greeted at the door with 2 of the loveliest hot chocolates we've ever had. They have been incredibly helpful and so so welcoming, warm and friendly. And this is the short version!! Couldn't recommend them enough!!!

What can I say, pay attention to the 1/5 reviews... Check in took 30mins at least, staff friendly, but clearly aware of the major issues of lack of check in space. Booked a premium room, great room, unfortunately it is right next door to one of the function rooms.. sound travels so well.. it feels you are right in the party... Don't stay here if you want to sleep!! Really unfortunate, great hotel, just massively let down by the fact that you can't check in quickly or sleep.... If we had known that we would be right next door to a party with no sound deadening we would not have booked. Honestly, book at your peril! Or if you are not wanting to sleep!! Happy to supply a recording of exactly how loud the noise is from the room.... Will definitely NOT be booking again, and would not recommend using this venue for corporate or personal events.

Stayed for the night. Absolutely lovely place. Its our 2nd visit. The first being in July. Came back due to location and the hotel itself. Had to move rooms after we got there. Problem with the lights. But that was handled with minimal fuss and bother. The only downside I can say is. It was a very warm summer night. There is a fan in the room, which was very noisy and didn't quite cut it. I know the hotel can't predict the weather. But the reason, I've given a four instead of 5 for the room. The corridors are lovely and chilled. It appears they have aircon? I would put that in the rooms. Minor problem though on the 2 or 3 days it's hot enough to cause concern. Definitely worth a stay and I'll definitely stay again.

Finally decided to stop for breakfast. After waiting for a bit at the “please wait to be seated” sign we were told to sit anywhere. They seemed a little short staffed like a lot of places. Stand alone tables and some bench seating available. Coffee tasted like it came out of a push button machine, not very good. Would give the food an OK. Cooked well but needed seasoning which seemed to be totally missing. The best you could say about the Bap was that it was warmed. If you are staying at the hotel then it is a convenient option. Otherwise there are better options for breakfast available in the city.

Great hotel in Liverpool that isn’t too expensive. The rooms were very aesthetic and different from your standard chain hotel. The staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent if you are visiting the docks, city centre, cathedrals etc

Spent two happy nights here. Great location, quirky decor, fab staff, brilliant breakfast, very clean and excellent value. There was nothing to dislike and I will definitely stay here when I'm next in Liverpool.
