10-14-2023 04:18My very first appointment after waiting over a year to be accepted as a patient - waited for 25 minutes and no sign of a dentist. Reception staff (of whom there were four) “don’t know about the dentists”- not sure what they’re employed to know about if it’s not dentists! Seriously unimpressed and likely to be late for work too! However, Chris the dentist, when I finally did see him, was fantastic. Very calm and knowledgeable and played lovely classical music during the appointment. Shame about the reception staff!
