The office itself is clean and modern, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients. Scheduling appointments is easy, and the staff is always accommodating. What truly sets Ocean Dental apart, though, is the genuine care they show for their patients' well-being. Their team go above and beyond to make each visit as pleasant as possible. Overall, I highly recommend Ocean Dental to anyone in need of dental care. They prioritize both oral health and patient comfort, making each visit a positive experience.

Excellent job!. A team with a lot of human warmth. I had a great experience with my recent dental cleaning. Dr Poulad has been our dentist for 4 years and has always been so kind and patient, especially with our young children.

I have been going to Ocean Dental for years. I just went for my hygiene cleaning yesterday. My regular hygienist was no longer there. I was assigned with a new hygienist named Vivek. He was attentive. His service was superb. I hope he is staying and I really don’t want to switch to another hygienist.

Do not see Dr. Beckie. He was incredibly rude, dismissive, and a hazard. It felt like when I was a child and a dentist would scold and shame me for not brushing regularly enough(not the problem this time). I came in for an emergency follow-up to a tooth extraction because of continued pain 3 days after the procedure. He barely looked at my face, asked one question, told me what was wrong without listening to my answer and then gave me a gauze-thing that was suppose to help(it did not). He laughed off my allergy, asked me to smell this, does it smell like what you're allergic to? and put it in my mouth without double checking the actual contents for my allergen. Said I should feel relief in moments, ignored me when I told him I DID NOT feel relief, prescribed me some anti-inflammatories and left. I am SO GRATEFUL to the dental assistant that was there and helped me stay calm and to the reception staff that went above and beyond to try and help me when I called back in a panic! u003c3 Amazing work and interactions with all of the front desk staff, and the dental assistants and fantastic work from Dr. Poulad though! I feel Dr. Beckie needs to be spoken to and new vistors should be wary or ask to see ANYONE else.
