My daughter ordered 2x sets of Mario pyjamas for my grandson on his birthday. They never arrived, she emailed numerous times no response. Finally got hold of them through online chat to be told it was over 30 days. What kind of business takes money from a single parent for a child’s birthday. They chose to ignore messages so it would go over the 30 day period. I will be taking court action on her behalf through small claims. We expect to see evidence of delivery. Disgraceful
