10-19-2023 10:54The two stars are for the showroom itself, which is a huge, beautiful space. It provides the perfect backdrop to see up close and personal, the wide variety of fixtures and fittings that C.P. Hart has to offer. We had been to visit the week before and were encouraged to go back for a design consultation the following week and this is where it all went downhill. Fundamentally, the designer we met with simply didn't listen. She spoke over us, was dismissive and patronising almost to the point of being antagonistic. Far from leaving feeling inspired and optimistic about our project, we left feeling pretty deflated.

09-25-2023 06:12A very impressive shop in close proximity to Waterloo station. Friendly staff though a bit of wait time to be seen, particularly at weekend. A very good selection of bathroom furniture and fittings, however their display is mostly higher end items from their website and the rest shown in a catalogue. A friendly ordering process and items got delivered as promised. We have yet to have them fitted by the plumber so I cannot commend on the actual quality of the items purchased yet.

06-12-2023 02:54Terribly poor customer service. First they ignored two emails of mine in relation to a warranty claim so I had to call them to get a reply. The writing should have been on the wall. Soft close toilet seat broke after 13 months and CP Hart, and their customer service manager, acted like insurance agents and refused to replace the item. Warranty was supposed to be 3 years. Instead their customer service manager offered me a discount on another one. First he said I must have dropped something onto it which is not true and based on his imagination. He then sited that certain part of the seat wasn't covered by warranty. Surprising as the seat only came in two parts and the huge crack was in one of them. I did what any decent person would do and contacted the manufacturer, Duravit, directly. They have now sent me a completely new seat as they obviously care about customer service. Thank you James. CP Harts manager should be ashamed of himself and in my eyes I am surprised anyone shops there anymore. Their prices are sky high and this is only usually acceptable with amazing customer service, far from what I have received from this company. I will never be shopping there again.

04-01-2023 18:01I don't normally write reviews but went to (CPH Waterloo) as suggested by architect designer. The welcome desk. Quote: no, no one is available to help you / did you make an appointment?/ all sales staff are busy with customers (zero customers in-store that I could see)/ the manager is at lunch and won't be back until 3 pm/ etc etc ... basically a business prevention officer. Meantime several bored looking staff sat behind screens and looked at me blankly. I won't be spending my bathroom -kitchen thousands here. Wonderful showroom. Take pics, shop elsewhere. Maybe other CPH branches are different and this is head office culture.
