Got lots of help from the staff, went home with a few sample tiles. Definitely we go back.

I am currently doing a renovation, and on arrival at National Tiles, we were helped by a lovely staff member named, Julie. She was available for every question and nothing was to much trouble. Gave us great advise and beautiful samples. For a change I was very surprised by her dedication to her profession. Love the product, dislike the ad..😆

Such a disappointment... big time. Apparently have a new rule that single boxes of tiles can't be returned. So i was unable to take a decent sample home. A big mistake for national tiles as we were prepared to spend a lot on a massive renovation. There's always room for negotiation... but they're loss

Absolutely useless. Website says product in stock- paid for it only to be told upon pick up they have none instock. Guy at the counter had the IQ of a door stop trying to explain to me that the computer says they have none- probably because I bought the last one!
