The staff where brilliant very helpful in more ways than one I thought the delivery was this week but whilst I was still there had a phone call to ask if I wanted it that day

I had my last scooter 8 years an it's still going strong. I have it serviced regularly and the firm are always kind and courteous and call when extra work needs doing and asks if I still want it done. I have been a customer their's for many years and will remain so. Excellent service and lovely staff. Have a very happy customer here. Thank you.

This was the first time I had visited this shop. I needed a wheelchair as I had just been discharged from hospital and was going on holiday. My experience was excellent. Jonathan looked after me and showed me what wheelchairs were available and at the same time ensuring my safety and any weight restrictions. Once I had chosen one he adjusted it to my leg size. At no time was there any pressure to select a more expensive wheelchair. I will definitely be visiting again for my future needs.

Looking for riser/recliner and the staff, Jonathan, couldn't have been more helpful. Made sure the chair was suitable for me and my husband checking the height etc gave full demonstration of the functions. Not pushy just helpful
