Called yesterday with some questions. The guy I spoke to took the time to answer them and was nice. I Ordered the speakers a few minutes later through their website and they arrived today (next day) in Quebec. Great service with fast shipping. Perfect transaction.

Very nice experience at Audioshop. I was considering ordering off of Amazon, so glad I went in person instead. Lots of fantastic gear to drool over and friendly, helpful sales people. Picked up a set of cans, Focal Elegias. Small complaint, he sold me an extension wire and headphone adapter plug based on my needs. The plug came w/ the wire, I did not need to spend the extra $10. I will be sure to return for all audio purchases in the future.

I decided to take the plunge and upgrade my aging systems, So I reached out to these guys and told them what I wanted to do. They took my ideas and recommended a system that really hits all the check boxes and integrates into my current Bu0026W Matrix’s. Great selection of high-end audio products. I stopped by to hear some speakers. Marc set up a session for me using a Tidal playlist that I shared. He gave me plenty of time and answered any questions I had. Overall, a great experience and an easy recommendation. Definitely one of Ottawa's best audio stores!

If you want a high-quality turn table or speaker system, don't go to Best Buy, go to Audioshop. These guys are experts in the art of sound. They guided me every step of the way to ensure I bought the products which were best suited for my needs.

This is a long outstanding review that I wanted to make. On July 2022, I had the chance to meet Marc who is definitely a gentleman. I was looking for a specific focal floorstander to audition which was available online only and he made me audition the monitor audio silver 300 which I always overlooked from my list of speakers. I was really glad to hear them and discover for the first time it's sound signature. Audioshop is definitely a store to go if you're on bank street. I really like the warm welcome and also the time that Marc gave me to audition this speaker. Definitely will come back and do business with Audioshop. The Monitor Audio Silver 300 is on my list. Can't get it out of my head ;)
