Video Only - Tacoma

Just bought another TV and soundbar from Video Only. Mason Abbot was my salesman. His customer service is the absolute best. Definitely ask for Mason if you go to Video Only in Tacoma.

This is an update to my previous review. I returned to look for a couple of TVs and Video Only did not disappoint. Mason was an outstanding sales rep as he educated me on the differences between OLED and QLED TVs. If you happen to be nearby, stop in and let this young man blow your mind with his technical knowledge on TVs 🤯. His price comparisons were equally impressive and convincing enough for me to purchase two 77 inch TVs and a sound bar system. I never felt pressured and, in fact, Mason even insisted that I shop around before deciding. Wow! His professional and courteous demeanor was something I talked about with nearly all my neighbors. Mason made sure I was set up with everything I needed from mounting equipment to a top notch installation professional. All at a price that completely floored me when considering today’s rising costs to purchase just about anything. I just had to write this review while watching today’s big UW and Oregon football game. I would not been able to enjoy it at this level of high quality viewing if I didn’t visit Video Only. Thank you, Mason, for such extraordinary customer service! I happened to come across this store when looking for an HDMI cable for my TV. They're low key but offer just as much as the bigger name electronics stores. However, they're more of a bare bones store without all the glitter and shine. I got a heck of a bargain purchasing my HDMI cables here. The picture and sound from my TV and surround sound is amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. My only disappointment was that they didn't offer mounting kits for TVs and soundbars. But it's not a deal breaker to come back here for other electronic products. I intend to make several purchases here (TV, sound, etc) before football season begins. Video Only is definitely a hidden gem.

I looked all over for a good deal on TV s. Best Buy Costco Walmart. Best deal for us was here saved a alot of money never bought a TV from here and it has been 12 years. Got a new TV then went back the next day for a atmos soundbar for a killer price the manager Allen was really helpful and worked with us on price. Our new TV an sound system is amazing and 1 remote! Winning

Great Deals on TV's. All the major brands on display so you can compare picture quality, sound, and features. They also price match with Costco, and Wal-Mart. If you are spending over $2,000 you can trade in your old TV for a credit towards the price of the new TV.
