J'étais avec eux avant la pandémie, et je suis revenu dernièrement pour le service, les gens humain derrière la technologie, les bons prix, et surtout, le très bon service à la clientèle. Je suis impressioné de leur nouvelle application Iphone, c'est génial ! Je peux répondre de mon Iphone dès que le téléphone de ma compagnie sonne...n'hésitez pas à les contacter, vous serez charmé.

04-07-2023 05:17We were looking to switch over our phone system to something more accommodating for our employees that work remotely. I asked for recommendations but no one I knew had switched to VOIP. I found Agile IP through Google and read the reviews. We then met with 3 VOIP providers in Montreal and decided to go with Agile IP. On the first call, they were honest and provided much more information on how the system works. They allowed us to test the service before committing. We tried out the softphones (software phones) and the actual phone device and decided to go with Agile IP. We don't regret our decision at all. It's been 3-4 months and the employees enjoy it. It takes a little getting used to but by day 2, the legacy system was forgotten. They take care of everything. We had to switch over quickly because our 3 year contract with Bell was up and they renew it automatically. We were setup in under 1 week (phone lines, 1-800 number, fax number, etc). Their tech support is one of the best I've dealt with all fields combined. They usually answer under 2 hours. Anytime you need something like add an extension, change a forwarding number, etc, they take care of everything, you just need to send them an email with your request. Comparing prices to other VOIP providers, they offer a more flexible solution than others while being slightly more competitive. You also don't have a multi-year contract. It's pay as you go which was nice since we weren't sure if we would like VOIP at first. Comparing with our legacy system, we save around $250/month. I would definitely encourage you to give them a call if you're thinking about switching to VOIP.
