Amazing service from cherub. He assisted to switch my parents phone numbers over which by no fault of his own took over an hour. He answered all of my (senior) moms questions in a way that she mildly understood and searched for the best deal for them after getting some information about their phone and data needs. He did not at any point try to upsell them to something they did not need. Thank you cherub for your incredible patience!

Just got helped out by Lucian at the Telus/Koodo store here at Fairview park mall and he got me hooked up with a great new iPhone and a great deal. Customer service was excellent and I left feeling very satisfied and grateful for his help.

Had an amazing experience at the store yesterday. Cherub was extremely helpful and patient as we worked through trading in two phones, setting them up and buying accessories. He also took the time to explain additional outstanding services offered by Telus (i.e. Streaming +) Would highly recommend visiting this location. Keep up the great work Cherub.
