As a custom builder I am somewhat familiar with floors, especially hardwood. This is a great company that has a lot of unique hardwood options. Debbie helped me at the showroom and let us check out a lot of samples, and she was very patient and professional. We never felt rushed or pushed into buying / making a decision. Very happy with my experience and will definitely come back for my next project.

We had our office and upstairs done by the floor shop. It was top quality work. The workers worked around our small space, did their best to keep everything clean. Engineered hardwood perfectly laid and baseboards done without any marks. Pricing was fair, and every aspect laid out, labour, materials, baseboards, quarter round etc. Highly recommend.

Dealing with this team is just simple and easy. It was a stress-free experience for my wife and I. Since we’re expecting in a few months we wanted the bedrooms redone with engineered hardwood and we're hoping to get the project done faster for us to finish everything before then. They were great at accommodating us and getting the project done on a realistic timeline. The staff goes a step above to ensure you’re happy at all times which we really appreciated. All this to say, we are more than happy with the new flooring.

The Floor Shop was absolutely brilliant! We looked at a lot of different sites for vinyl plank flooring before settling on a product that we were satisfied with. We were referred to this company by our realtor just before we bought the property.
