just had the worst experience of my life in this specific garage. usually my experience in this chain is fabulous and i feel helped and saw by the employees. walked in and got a small hello and walked around not being asked if i needed help for 10 minutes. got let into the change room once, didn’t get offered to get grabbed another size had to do it myself. and had to let myself into the change room the second time. during check out there was 5 employees behind the counter all carrying on with their conversation as i checked out, they had no professionalism or care for the customer. with one employee sitting on the counter. super unprofessional workers. won’t come back to this location.

Nice sales section. Ok selection. More for petite ladies as things in garage in general are short and cropped. Nice ladies.

There was an employee with glasses and grayish hair that gave myself attitude and sarcasm for no reason when i ask her for help. Basically acted like i was bothering her when it is literally her job to assist people. terrible

Bought a pair of shorts last night and it was a bit too tight. Went in to exchange for a bigger size and was refused any help as one price tag was no longer attached to the shorts. We still had the original receipt and the other tag still attached. Not impressed whatsoever as customer satisfaction cleary means nothing here and I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

Every single time I’m in the store I’m ignored by the girls working. And when I do need help they act like I’m an inconvenience. Started buying everything online to avoid stepping foot in that store.

Came shopping to find new jeans. Staff went above and beyond to assist me with exactly I wanted.
