UPDATE: I went to AE today to purchase two thermal tops that had already been placed on hold. Shelly - provides exceptional customer service! She showed me two men’s thermal long sleeved tops that were even nicer than the ones I had previously picked out! I ended up purchasing five men’s thermal tops! She deserves a raise or promotion. I will definitely keep shopping here!! Her customer service skills are on point! She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and she has a friendly demeanour with her customers. …. I went to AE today to purchase some gifts. A sales associate was quick to greet me and assist me with finding the right size. I think her name is Sumol or something close to that. Then, both cashiers were also friendly and professional as well. Amazing team at AE! Very professional!

High quality clothes with affordable prices! My experience with Arshdeep was wonderful. She was so patient and full of energy while assisting me with trying on jeans. Love this location

Decent staff and options to select. Could have included more options to select considering the footfall without leaving an option for the shopper to visit their website for variety

I had the best visit to AE because of Shelly the store manager. Shelly is professional, helpful, so sweet and friendly. She took time to help me find the right jeans! I wanted and needed for nothing. Shelly was like “Try this!” And “I think these would look great on you!” Shelly was right there. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

I had a good Interaction with Gurleen. She one of the best employee the store has. She knows what needs to be done and she does it best. She not only exchange my boots but proactively she recommended me Jeans which I really liked. Thanks Gurleen. You are the Best.

I went to the American Eagle store at Bramalea city center and was attended to by Shelly. She gave me an amazing service, she listened, she was patient and she has an extremely pleasant personality. I left there feeling great and appreciated. Thank you Shelly, you're awesome and I will be shopping there again for sure

I went in this store Dec 22, and it was nearly closing and my daughter and I were the last ones in the store and the closing staff were wonderful they didn’t rush me out or make me feel like I had to rush. The employee who cashed me out was amazing, she was so kind to my daughter, talking to her and letting her help me cash out. I’ve never shopped at American Eagle before but because of the kindness that the cashier showed myself and my daughter plus the staff asking me if I needed help and answering all my questions, I will for sure be shopping at AE so thank you Thursday AE closing staff AE is lucky to have such attentive employees.

I am only sharing my views because of the customer service provided by the team member Rythima. She really helped me to get jeans according to my choice. She is very polite and humble girl. I asked so many questions regarding sizes and prices but each time she answered happily. Thanku so much mam. Store visit on 23 april evening time✌🏻
