Terrible online order pick-up system. 1) Twice were they unable to process a perfectly valid credit card (which they accepted just fine at the store.) 2) Orders are not processed until you get to the store. So, your order is not guaranteed; they could run out of stock before pick-up. 3) Furthermore, you wait a long time for some clerk to do the shopping that you could have done in half the time.

Always great service. Very helpful staff. Enjoy their range of tools and equipment. My wife just bought me an electric Ryobi mower on an interest-free payment plan. Love it. The grass won't grow fast enough.

If you know what you are going there for and you do not need any assistance, you'll be fine. If you need assistance in any way, good luck. Staff is rude, do not care and do not know either. 3 workers were standing in an aisle when I went their way to ask for help, they all split up and left me hanging. This is a store you kind of have to go to for specific stuff otherwise you wouldn't.

I get most of my work materials from Home Depot. I work as a contractor you can check my business. Some staff are very nice and friendly and they like to help, some are really rude. genuinely, Baseline branch is my favourite. I would also thank Gery one of the best staff there. So helpful every single time I see him there and he loves to help everyone. Sometimes, if you buy from Amazon, Canadian Tire..etc the same product could be cheaper. If you care about how much you spend.
