The Range

I shop regularly at the MK range and love it. I don't normally use this branch but have done a few times recently. I found it to be so chaotic, it was difficult to navagate and find what I wanted. There was stock and stuff everywhere blocking off sections. Pricing was all over the place, had to really match the shelf price to the product. The bulk items on the pallets didnt really have obvious prices. The shop was really hot too and I couldn't stay in there long. I left without buying anything and will continue to use other branches

One place for all your home furnishing needs. Wide range of stock and with extra bonus of Iceland within makes life little easy. Grab your staple food or have a coffee at in house cafe. Perfect. Always enjoy my trips here and get to see new items arriving every week.

They have lots of things useful stuff that you need for everyday essentials also odds bits here and there good overoll shop however I always get charged the wrong prices

Good place to find essentials for the house and kids. Just slow service on tills, and they have stock trollies everywhere, which makes it very difficult to move around. My son even got hurt last time we went. The stock trollies are left unattended, which makes it even more difficult and dangerous.

First time i went to shop with my family..unfortunately i m so disappointed with their service..staff is unprofessional..they put me waiting in till about 15mint...then starting service to others customers without our permission...lady supervisor she said she did not realized we are waiting for serve..two girls in till very unprofessional..they nver say sorry..i left all shopping in store.....very worse experiment in my life...nver go again..shame on all staff...

The ship was in the middle of a changeover process for Halloween and Christmas goods and to be honest was in a bit of a pickle, also the tools were experiencing issues with barcodes, so was not the best customer experience. I hope they get things sorted out. The entrance way to the store from Dunstable Rd looks terrible and in desperate need of a revamp..

Standard branch of The Range. Products are on 2 floors. There's an escalator by the front door and a lift towards the back of the store. Found everything I was looking for and had a sandwich and coffee in the café. My only complaints were that the store was very warm and also that nearly every one of the narrow aisles were littered with trollies of stock and rubbish bags, very difficult to manoeuvre around with a shopping trolley. Not a very easy experience trying to get something off the shelf behind a large trolley of stock and no visible staff members around to help. Perhaps it would be better to leave the stock in the warehouse until it is needed.
