10-21-2023 04:15Staff is kind but there is currently no technician on staff for repairs so one of the advertised services (computer repairs on non-prebuilds) is unavailable. A slight bit disappointed since i bought all my parts here. Will be going again just hope they get a new hire soon.

09-01-2023 19:08Been trying to contact this store all week and no answers, both via phone and email. We called the general customer service line which told us to wait until we got an answer from the store before ordering since some stuff is out of stock but once we got to the store after multiple attempts of contacting them, they said the promo was over. We were coming to buy a whole new computer, monitor and a gaming chair and they wouldn’t honour the deals even tho customer service assured us they would.

06-22-2023 10:34I walked in prepared to drop several hundred dollars on a laptop for my tech savvy teen. Instead, we have a better plan for something he can build himself that will be cheaper and better. So we will for sure be walking back in to the store to buy all those parts. Very much appreciate the integrity and honest customer service.

06-02-2023 10:28The manager of this store refused to honour the terms of the store’s refund policy. They would not refund a monitor that was defective. There were also rude the whole time Only thing I’ll say in their defence was it was Christmas Eve so if you didn’t want to be at work I feel you. I bought a monitor, it was broken, I brought it back less than a week later and the manager himself tested and determined that it was physical damage and couldn’t be refunded. I went to another store and got a refund as per the manufactures warranty, it was « sent back to them ». They apologized for the behaviour of this store. I will never return based on how the manager handled the situation, and recommend others go to one of the other stores nearby. They kept going on about how there are rules, but refused to provide evidence of supposed physical damage, despite lengthy testing and waiting around in store

05-27-2023 13:29When this place openned a few years back , this store was awseome. Was there on sunday to pick up a new MotherBoard, processor, ram to get my pc back up and running. The sale person was quick and frendly but.... forgot to tell me that the main board would not take my CPU coolling unit so I had to go back to get a fan. They sold me an open box, sale person told me that it was checked an all parts are included. Got home install cooler on CPU oppps missing clips to hold the fans in place ! go back to store to get what was missing ! no go they asked me to take everything apart and bring everything back !!! what a waste of time so i got a new one an will bring the other back the next day. Come to finish now the power supply is not compatible with this new mother board had to go back to store an buy a new power supply. Spent all day up an down to that store. Very disapointed in the service and knoledge of the staff. They should been able to serve me right the first time with all I needed without the guesing game. Will not shop at that store anymore. Staff is not up to speed. Service guys were a bit rude about my parts missing for my cooler, told them that i just spent 1,300$ on new material and thats client service I get ! poor service.

04-09-2023 05:03I love CC...I reserved online for in store pickup .. thinking this would be a quick process ... I waited in line with everyone else (which is fine) to be told that I needed to step aside and wait for them to process the customer's behind me first before they could get my order....there was about 7 or 8 people . After the customers were processed they went to the back to get my order . It was difficult waiting for 20 minutes and telling your kids don't worry , we'll be done soon. The customer service reps were pleasent and polite . This however in my books will keep me ordering online and not bothering with the brick and mortar stores as this logic is silly . what if there were 30 people behind me? Should i just wait beside the cash for 2 hours before getting my order ? Thanks but no thanks .
