I came here to get the screen of my iPhone replaced. Not knowing how long it took to do so, I stupidly asked “how long till it’s done?” I suggested an hour and he told me “more like two”. I run other errands and when I come back he looks up from his phone tells me that I still have 18 minutes left before it’s done. He has no work in front of him and this coworker wasn’t doing much more. I come back and it’s finally done. Both employees were barely acceptable in their customer service as they both mumbled their way through the interaction and had earphones on while talking. I asked another vendor in the mall and he told me he could have done it in a quarter of the time they did. It’s safe to say I will never return to this business and will tell anyone I know to stay far away as well. I can understand that they might have been busy but the lack of care for the customers and the lack of professionalism in their manner. If you want a quick fix stay far away. As for the repair, it’s fine but the screen is definitely thicker than the Apple manufactured one (which isn’t really a problem for me)

I had a very complicated file with my original warranty of my phone and after a short time, I was helped in every way possible! EVERYTHING has been done properly, the warranty the backup of my previous phone. Will use the service again and highly recommend it to you too

Really really professional and knowledgeable bunch of guys. The customer service is great and I would recommend any of my family or friends to use their services. I had to replace the front screen and back plate on my Samsung Note 10...I thought it was toast. Mobile klink in gatineau gave me my phone back looking brand new and still water resistant. ON POINT!! 👍👍👍

Very good experience with Jeremi! My phone had some hand cream in the charging port area, detecting ''humidity'' and wasn't working. Within 5 minutes, he fixed my phone by cleaning it! I was not charged! So happy he fixed it! Amazing service - Thank you!

Went in to get my phone screen repaired. A very small simple repair. I was immediately given a spiel about getting a new phone with the store (though I assume the service people are told to do this, it was still annoying). Was told they could fix it, but didn't have the piece available, which is fine. They took our information and told us it could take 2-3 days to get the piece. We asked if they provided loaner phones, but were ignored each time we asked. The guy seemed to just want to get our info and be done with it. I waited until 4 days after with no contact from the store, so my partner called to see if the piece came. The number listed is a 1-866 number so we did not get the store directly. The customer service agent told us that we weren't in the system at all, and asked if we got a file number, which we didn't, so we had no idea if the piece came. I ended up going to UbreakIFix and had the phone repaired in less than a day (even though they also did not have the piece). Still haven't received any call from this store, so I'm sure the service person just didn't actually take our information. Won't be going here again for any repairs.

Horrific customer service! $144 and I can't even get my phone back because the worker is slower than a dead turtle.
