Reliable Parts

I had the worst customer service ever here today. I showed up at 4:20 (keep in mind that they close at 5:00). I was trying to open the door, door is locked. The older woman there with short blonde hair is extremely rude to customers that were waiting outside confused on why they were closed. Shutting the doors on people’s faces mid conversation. That is ridiculous. Ended up shutting off the lights and leaving the store at 4:45 while people were waiting outside. There was another employee there screaming on the phone behind the counter. No matter how stressed you might be under work, you should never be rude and treat customers so unprofessionally. There was a customer trying to pick up a part that was already paid for, the worker denied that it was there and kicked her out of the store.

A terrible customer service I came across today here. It was 10 minutes before store closure and ask a very rude and incompetent lady for an LG water filter. I provided her the model sticker, therefore, there is no chance that model number is incorrect. Her first impression was very rude by saying that “you have to come tomorrow because store is closing in 5 min and we are not paid over time”. When I said I came out of town, she hesitantly looked at the model sticker and said it’s not a fridge. Then I asked her to look at the sticker again, she corrected on his computer and found the model and then said it has no filter for that make and model. I am very much sure she is not willing to spend more time on it and waiting for 5 on the clock to close the door. I want to bring this worst customer service to the owner/manager of the location. Anyway, it’s the worst customer service I come across.

Called the store to order a part I found online through their website. The lady said no problem, took my credit card info for billing and said it would be in a little over a week. I waited 2 weeks and tried calling many times with no answer, went to the store and it turns out that it never got ordered and now the part is out of stock in all of their locations. I was told they would look in to it and get back to me shortly but haven't heard from them. So now I just wasted 2 weeks waiting for a part that was never coming and am out of options to find the part.

Heather was super helpful in helping me find the right part. Would recommend coming here if you need a part in a hurry. Definitely pricier than online but they had the part in stock so I had it in hand when I left the store.

Stopped in here today to buy parts for my washer and dryer. The lady at the till could not answer if the parts were genuine OE and seemed very annoyed by us. I will just order online as it is around the same price anyway.

Well you can get some parts here however you had better have the appropriate part number cause they won’t help you find it even if you have the appliance model #……..AND ….oh my the person who answers the call centre huffs u0026 puffs when you ask questions. I happened to mention that the cost of the grease filter was way more expensive than Amazon (cost on Amazon for 2 of the exact same product is approx $18 + tax) ….their cost is just over $32 + tax for one…..I was literally told to « buy from Amazon then »…… Like I said..they have the goods, maybe, but the attitude of the personnel is terrible….

Saskatoon Branch: Never going back or recommend. Dishonest and worst staff ever. I give them the right model number from the machine but when i got home u0026 about to replace the parts, you can easily see that it's not the right one. Both of the staff refuse to accept my return because they see scratches around the part until they call the manager and I got my refund. One thing is for sure and BEWARE. They are selling a used parts who has wear and tear and when you returned it they will used it against you. Swear to God I did not even try to fit or install the parts because you can easily see that it's a different one from the original but they keep on insisting that I'm the one who did the scratches. Know nothing about customer service

Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Saskatoon location. Fellow working being the counter had no ambition or interest on looking up parts, I had to read him his parts numbers from my phone. With only short answers in reply. Second part I needed he says doesn’t exist, I had to give him his part number from there own website after him repeatedly saying they don’t carry anything like that and in his own words”I have done this for 18 years I know how to do my job”. So showing any signs of frustration as it was difficult to get answers his actions were to say ”we are done”. Horrible customer service and horrible job skills. Went to Amre supply and with in 5 min they located both parts needed.
