Hudson's Bay

So surprised about what we got as packaging for my son's suit. We got THE BAG. Really ? Is this how THE BAY treats it's customers by giving THE BAG for almost a $400 suit!!. The funniest was the apology for not having a proper package in a suit section.

Kylie gave me the best customer service I have had in a long time. I work in sales and it’s hard to find an employee who is willing to help without pressure. I have been in twice before without luck but Kylie basically went above and beyond to help me and I was able to find a cologne I was happy with. 5 stars for this staff member 👊

A great experience I usually have in here/ Hudson’s bay white Oaks mall. I would like to thank specifically the employee Noor - she was amazing and exceeded my customer service expectation honestly. She spent more than 15 minutes calling and troubleshooting our registration issue and finally was able to get me the extra % discount. An excellent place and highly recommended 👌🏻

Oh dear. #1 rule for business - make it easy for the customer to pay... We had clothes in our hand and went to pay. We had a bit of a puzzle finding a cash desk, so eventually went to a cosmetics counter. We were told we couldn't pay there, so had to trudge off to find somewhere. We were just about to abandon the clothes when we found an employee, who agreed to take our money. I won't be rushing back. Offhand and careless attitude towards customers.

Worst customer service ever. I waited on the line for an hour and a half after the 5th time calling them then the agent hanged up the phone on me without solving my problem. Contacted the customer service 4 times already while being in store and 2 times out but never ended up with the issue solved. Shame on you with such a big company to treat your customers that way. If your agent does not know how to solve the issue then tell them not to keep me on the phone for 35 minutes then feels desperate and hangs up the phone in my face. So disappointed that after 4 visits to the store and 5 phone calls and still I’m not being able to use my reward points.
