Took my mom there and she found a perfect pair of pants. The staff were really nice and having help at the dressing rooms was a game changer. She won't shop anywhere else now

Very good selection in both the sales area and new arrivals. We tried on a few things, but didn't end up purchasing anything. Nonetheless, the lady in the change room helping us was very nice and helpful.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. This location has a lot of selection and is the only location in London that carries the Willow u0026 Thread line of clothing. Their Hyba section has also expanded.

I just wanted to say thank you to the ladies working yesterday. The store was clean, well-organized, and following covid protocols. I was returning an item I loved that unfortunately ripped after 1 wear, but they were able to order me another right to my house. Truly top-notch customer service.
