09-15-2023 01:16I purchased a gift card at the store, to purchase a hat and a bag at the store for my friend’s Bday. The gift card transaction went through right away, not the purchase from the gift card to the merchandise. I have waited 1 hour at the counter, having to leave the store without the gift card and the merchandise. My plan for my friend Bday is ruined. The store manager told me it would be couples of hours until their IT dept resolves the system issue, she would be in contact and ship the merchandise to my home. It has been 5 days since Saturday Sep 30, there is noone reaching out. I have no clue where the gift and merchandise at, called customer care, they said their system is separated from store, so they don’t know and will reach out to store to see where they at. 5 days???? I can never believe this can happen.

05-08-2023 18:15Used to love vaughan mills and coach outlet, but yesterday's experience was not great. The SA is so pushy, I told her I was just browsing, she kept asking I'm buying for myself or a friend, which occasion, age and budget. I understand that's a part of her job but I felt bothered, I didn't even have a chance to ask my friend because the SA kept talking.

04-14-2023 05:59I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by both Coach and UPS. Following a recent move, my order defaulted to my previous address. When I called Coach to update it, they were unhelpful, even after 5 minutes! I was instructed to call UPS for the address change. Upon contacting UPS, I was informed that they needed to pick up the package before making any changes. Today, I called again, only to be told that changes can only be made after the first delivery attempt, despite my explanation that my previous address is a house where the item can be delivered. Now, the package has been delivered and UPS is claiming no responsibility. I paid for this order and received no assistance. I urgently need a solution to rectify this situation and retrieve my order.

03-28-2023 05:18I’ve bought several bags from here. The leather quality and intricate stitching is just remarkable. It’s well worth the money for their high-end products and keeps me coming back! My only negative outlook is that at this location I’ve noticed there is more floor staff than cashiers helping with checking out, resulting in extremely long lines.

03-22-2023 00:37I wish I could give 0 stars. I got a coat and needed to exchange for a bigger size. They didn’t have the size I needed in store. So I asked if I could exchange at any coach store, the lady at the cashier said yes. I wasted my time driving to a Toronto location to only be told I couldn’t. Their cashiers don’t know or have the correct information. No smiles or proper good costumer service. They make you feel less off. I Will never be purchasing from ANY coach at this has left a sour experience.

03-17-2023 07:06I had an amazing experience at this coach location. The staff were amazing and very helpful,especially two in particular Kianna and Nubia they went out there way to locate an item that wasnt in their stock inverntory system. Nubia insisted that there was some stock that had just came in and Kianna said she would help her look as well. After 3 attemps in the back they had found my hat i was looking for. Very persistant and poilite will definetly come back and recomend to friends. Over all amazing experience !
