worst staff to work with. I feel sorry for Bramptonians to shop this location. Zero customer service. Staff is rude and hang up the phone. reluctant to give their name. store manager never comes on phone. staff says, he is not working today. partsBunch of LIARS and URRESPONSINKE Staff

Gagan was super helpful when helping me with parts and went above and beyond with assisting me. I asked if they had any drinks other than red bull and they didn’t unfortunately but he didn’t hesitate to go to his own car and grab me a water bottle!

Came there for the 30 special of oil and filter. The workers had no sense of urgency, I was standing on the line for 25 mins with no other customers. They just kept talking and talking and finally they acknowledge me.

Great helpful and patient team! Been going for over 8 years maybe and not one person i have a complaint about. Come for help, leave as friends.

Three people working behind the counter and we are standing around in line waiting for help. This place used to be great, but not so at the moment.
