09-06-2023 12:09Rude, pretentious people providing terrible customer service, trying to convince you to buy their overpriced “luxury” product. Refuse to take back unused item one day after purchase against their own return policy. No wonder the store is virtually empty at all times.. Why would anyone go spend their money here? AVOID at all costs!

08-01-2023 07:17Ive purchased a Tuxedo from Holts Renfrew Gucci department Toronto on May 10th 2022. The tailor, Tony, took my measurments for alterations and it was noted to ship Tuxedo for following week to Montreal where i live. I was instructed to go to Holts Renfrew Montreal for final fitting from sales rep Kevin and Ronald. They noted my wedding date and reassured me that it would not be a problem. (amazing/professional service from Toronto 50 Bloor st W store) Ounce i received Tuxedo in Montreal, I called Holts Renfrew and spoke to Carlos from Gucci department to schedule an appointment for the final fitting. He advised his manager Mauricio and informed me to just come threw, no need for appointment. I went same day due to the short time frame remaining to my wedding (1week). They called their tailor ounce i got fully dressed in Tuxedo. She said that she does not have time to adjust Tuxedo due to short staff. Mauricio, the manager, did not find any solution and told me simply sorry nothing he can do. I asked for an alteration credit so that I can take my Tuxedo to another tailor, he refused. They all kept blaming it on Toronto Gucci which i found low and uncalled for. I asked for a refund for the extremely expensive Tuxedo since they claim that it was Gucci fault and they also refused. I never expected to receive this kind of service/behaviour from a reputable high end brand. Horrible experience at worst possible time before biggest day of my life.

06-20-2023 20:52I bought new collection of the running sneakers and i walk about 3 hours and it was like they not comfortable at all. I feel painful. I decided to bring them back to return or to exchange for another similar pair. The chinese manager woman said we can’t do nothing no return or exchange because I used them. But how i can find out if they are comfortable if you don’t use it. So actually they don’t care at all about the customers, when you buy something they are ready to kiss your…. But when to fix something forget about even if you are regular customer. Very very disappointed ☹️ never back

05-12-2023 04:03Had an awful experience , very arrogant employees and the store director showed up once I was at the cashier with extremely bad breath and a wrinkly suit , was very pushy for me to buy more then just a belt and tried to create very fake small talks. The whole experience was extremely unpleasant , not that it will matter but I will never shop at this store again

03-04-2023 20:43This is why stores in Montreal have such low ratings. I went in to buy a cap and they weren’t even able to wrap it, no we don’t have any boxes for that.,,. what do you mean ? I go to the outlet and i get my stuff wrapped. I go to dior, lv, fendi and i always get my stuff wrapped. To be given a cap thrown in a bag wow , also no dog treats or even water like the toronto location never again this was upstaires in men’s and downstaires is even worst they follow you in circles while you shop what a horrible experience. I will keep shopping in toronto or have them ship it to me no point in going to this store and getting horrible customer service like this.
