05-29-2023 18:00I've been going to Mr. Lube for decades. This location for just a few years now. Overall a good experience. But my last visit has me worried. I went in for service and I thought everything went fine. That was until I noticed that something was leaking causing a stain in my garage. I went back a week later once I confirmed it was a leak and things went down hill from there. The first tech challenged me and basically said that I was lying. Luckily once I got into the lane the tech underneath spotted the problem immediately. Fix and cleaned. All done, good bye. However, I wasn't really happy. Nobody said sorry. Nobody took responsibility. That the problem was found and now it's all better despite leaking for a week causing a mess an my return visit. Not to mention an unknown amount of missing fluid. I hope that things improve for my next visit.
