10-02-2023 14:55I wouldn't take a nice phone here. No receipts. No guarantee of the quality. Sketchy. They charged me $280 to get the screen replaced on my Pixel 6A. It looked good at first, although they only charged the battery to 2% and I had to fix the fingerprint scanner myself. 3 days later, a vertical line appeared on the screen. They accused me of causing physical damage to it, said it wasn't covered under warranty, and offered to replace it again for another $200. I feel gaslit. It's their word against mine, but I assure you no physical damage was caused to the phone since they replaced the screen. I could only assume they gave me a poor quality or defective replacement. For the $580 they're asking from me, I could buy a new phone with an actual warrantee. Edit: I wish I would have scanned past the reviews from people with fake names or only a single review. Seems like I'm not the first person to have this problem here. Edit 2: I've tried contacting Fast Cell directly. Everyone you talk to just passes you on to someone else - you need to talk to the store directly or let me talk to my manager and get back to you. Whoever is responding to these reviews - you have my contact information, you can call me if you want to discuss my experience. But I'll be taking my cellphone somewhere else to fix.
