Apple West Edmonton

Ordered a new iPad Pro through their student program; shipped it to this store; was ready 2 days early so I picked it up, went home, plugged it in (still in the wrapping) and left it-later that night after kids were in bed hubby u0026 I unwrapped it u0026 noticed a deep scratch/crack (small, only about 2cm long) but nonetheless it was there on a brand new item. Went online u0026 chatted with Apple Service, was booked appt at the store for the following day; arrived, helped pretty quickly, did a return and given a new tablet (same colour/model/memory etc) despite issues with my student discount which has now ended-they worked around it and I left with a beautiful item u0026 feeling very happy with the service I received in today's world where customer service is hard to find. Thank you guys so much! Keep up the great work!

Christi and Cody are very professional. Other guys are not. They are just standing and looking at tablets to ignore customers. Looks like they don’t wanna deal with people (somehow they like chatting with coworkers. But the store is for customers and don’t chat nearby genius bar when it’s busy. You guys have back room right? So unprofessional). It’s now common sense that you’re “lucky”if you find or are talked by professionals in Apple Store. However, to talk with Christi and get answers to your small concerns is amazing moment. He is literally professional.

It’s a pretty big and fancy Apple Store. But most often it’s very busy. Sometimes there is a slight wait till an associate gets to you, but once they arrive, they are very helpful. Happy with the store and will be going back!

I’ve been there many times for picking up my orders, asking for technical support, buying accessories, or just stop by when I was in the WEM to browse their products, see if there is anything get me interested. They never let me down till now, always with a friendly attitude and try to help with their best, this is also a reason why I have been using Apple products for many years. Not only in Apple West Edmonton, it feels like almost every Apple Store in Canada are with the same good friendly environment.

Wonderful experience with abundance of choices in everything...shoes, clothes, games, restaurants , movie hall ...wow.

Stopped in at the Apple Store in west Edmonton mall to exchange and recycle an old phone. This was my first time using apples electronics recycling program and it was a very stemless process. Though it took a minute to find someone who was free to help us, once we had a staff members help we were quickly guided through the process. They asked a few simple questions about the phones current condition and if it had a SIN card still in it. Once that was through, we signed a contract and that was it. We looked around the rest of the store and there was lots of merchandise to check out.

Purchased from the store several times, but never once have I been so blatantly ignored when there was actually people available, much less when I finally was helped by the associate at the pre-order counter, she had been previously dealing with a customer on a return and was stressed out. I understand that retail jobs suck, but maybe don’t take your situation out on an innocent customer who just wants to buy a head set really quickly. Customer service can definitely be improved upon.

Thank you Jeff! My computer broke a week before school, and I came in a mess. He helped us for about over an hour and I love my new computer, and he was so friendly. He took the time to care about us, tell us stories, and pick the best products. Give him a raise! Thank you, it was an great experience.
