Terrible store. 1st visit I went to purchase a small laptop. I knew what I wanted but the employees kept trying to upscale me to a MacBook. $400 laptop to a $2500 laptop. Come on. 2nd visit I wanted a printer. Knew what I wanted again but I stood there for 15 minutes and no one came to help me. I literally watched 6 employees stand around. I normally don't like to leave negative reviews but this is ridiculous. Do better. I'll buy on Amazon.

Inconsistent price match policy. Online orders will match amazon, in store always did previously. Seems the new manager does not want to take business from amazon. I will be ordering from Amazon when I need it in a rush.

Went to buy a bluetooth speaker. They had it advertised for 1 price. Went to order it and they tried charging me 134.99 Then said they would change the price when i came to pick it up. They also had like 20 empty display boxes (bring to front to buy style) but not 1 in stock. Cant remember the workers name unfortunately. Will never shop there again, thats some shady stuff.

The staff was so friendly and helpful with my last minute printing needs! I was very happy with how fast it was and how good everything looked!

I had an exceptional experience from start to finish at the Richmond St location. I was greeted as I entered and helped right away. I was wished a great day by no less than 3 people on my way out and I was there in the last hour on Sunday before close. I will be back for sure!
