10-01-2023 06:21Only good thing that came out of me being a patient of Integra was Dr. Kegel! Whom I have the absolute pleasure of having as a family doctor for years now. Reception is a nightmare! They never return emails or calls and they are incompetent to the max at sending over requisitions, reports or referrals. I’ve called 6 times in two days to get some paperwork from Dr. Gill and the reception staff keeps giving me the run around. Also, Mithun has a bit of an attitude over the phone when asked why it takes so long to get a response. If you hate the job and how busy it is then don’t effing do it!!! Place is worse now after Covid than ever before. People have just become accustomed to being lazy.

09-01-2023 18:15Unfortunately Integra has gone deeply downhill the past few years and I would urge you to stay away. The doctors have all been amazing, but the reception/admin and general management is just such a headache and pain to deal with that it's just not worth it. I had the pleasure of having the amazing Dr. Kegel as a GP for years, and unfortunately he moved his practice. Integra said they were actively recruiting new GPs and Dr. Kegel's patients would be at the top of the list and expected to re-roster patients by the end of the summer. That was the summer of 2019! Numerous new family doctors have been added to the practice, and when I call to confirm I'm in queue and priority I get boilerplate responses and that it's expected to be backfilled soon. I've also noticed a general decline in the patient-centric care. Things like getting refills for a prescription I've been on for decades used to just be phoned into the pharmacy. Now they (admin) make you come in to a physical appointment to get refills, which has meant being off my medication for 1-2 weeks waiting for appointments. When I ask the doctor why I had to come in they are just as bewildered as I am (surely it's the billing code generation!). Reception has never been great, but they've gotten even worse. You basically can't get through by phone. I've waited over a week for email responses that I've just ended up physically going to the clinic so I could actually get a simple response. It's a shame because the physicians have all been great, and it used to be a good clinic, but you really should avoid it if you can - no point in wasting years waiting for a family doctor here when you'll have to deal with these other self-inflicted issues once you finally get one.

08-19-2023 04:28I’ve been so happy with the care that I’ve received from Dr. Burton at Integra. She is an amazing physician and cares about her patients. Integra has always been very responsive to all of my emails and timely with appointment requests. They also have in-house bloodwork testing which is very convenient.

06-24-2023 01:31The never call you back or respond to emails. Doctors are dismissive and will NEVER meet you in person or even do a video call with you. The response d to you once per day and you have ZERO ability of reaching out directly to the doctor. DO NOT sign up with them. Had X-rays done 3weeks ago from a fall down the stairs. Wouldn’t have a chance to speak with the Socorro to review the findings if I didn’t constantly harass and push for an appointment. And they take no responsibility. It’s all the fault of their computer system. Stay away if you want any sort of half decent care (by Canadian standards).

05-11-2023 04:06Do NOT recommend Dr. Agarwal!! This used to be a great clinic. But I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Agarwal. I came with ear pain together with fatigue and ask to check my ear AND do blood test for my fatigue. he said that he only address one thing at an appointment. not more. Seriously? He looked at my ear, gave me pills. it was 1:33. My appointment was at 11:30. So we had time. asked for a referral to fertility clinic since I want to freeze eggs due to my age and they need referral, that was too much for him. He did not give me. I need to book another appointment, he can not address more than one issue in 10 mins. It was 11:34. You still have time!! Poor experience.
