03-18-2023 08:03The staff kept saying that we are going to close in 25min, we are closing in 20mins..... 15mins... As a customer I understand that in a retail store, their staff want to be able to leave on time. After the guy told me the third time that they are going to close in 20mins, I stopped to check other products, and went to cashier and ready to leave. But no one was at cashier. Even after I finished paying.. and not telling me have a nice day or thank you, but we are going to close in 15mins. This is unacceptable, and as a customer, I felt cold and not welcoming. So I replied him I'm leaving and he didn't even say bye. I'm very disappointed with the store and I don't think I want to go back.
