02-18-2024 10:37Thank you to Merlyn u0026 Ashish, they were very helpful u0026 they went above and beyond. I would have given 5 stars however, their system is very ancient I got there around 4ish and finished around 6ish because of that computer taking so long to process my transaction. I was still very pleased with the staff but definitley not with their system.

12-31-2023 20:25Avoid Rogers: Nightmare Service If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

11-19-2023 02:26I visited with the intention of transferring responsibility to a new personal account and was assisted by a Filipino gentleman with a beard and glasses. Right from the start, he stated that he couldn't assist me without an account number. I assured him that I was told by Rogers over the phone that I could provide him with my phone number and postal code to look up the initiated account. He initially claimed this was impossible, but after I asked him to try, his system clearly indicated that either an account number or phone number would suffice. Later on, he informed me that I couldn't start a new account because they didn't have the phone in stock that I wanted. However, this turned out to be inaccurate, as his colleague, a lovely East Indian lady confirmed that they did indeed have a few in stock. For some reason he refused to even check this. By this point, I was quite frustrated with how dismissive and unhelpful this gentleman was which lead me to decide to leave the store. It seemed as if he was actively discouraging me from becoming a Rogers customer as he consistently interrupted me with excuses whenever I attempted to inquire about starting a plan on my account. Nonetheless, I decided to visit the Bell kiosk next door, where I was assisted by a friendly gentleman who listened to my concerns and helped me port-out my number to Bell and open a personal account in less than 20 minutes! I am now a satisfied Bell customer and have no plans to return to Rogers.

09-23-2023 10:02Very unprofessional store with unprofessional staff, save yourself the trouble of going there. Just go anywhere else you will be treated better. 1st I had ordered my phone upgrade online and was given this store for express pickup. For which they were supposed to send me an email for confirmation which they never did Then they refused to acknowledge my order and asked me to just buy in store as that will give them the setup fee only when I made up my mind to leave Rogers and be done with this provider they pulled up my online order and cited the agreement that I can't leave as I have already ordered the phone. Now I am just waiting for the agreement time to be over and be done with Rogers.

Although I had a hard transition and confusion this young wonderful lady has been so so patient with me and helped me to get the best deal and transition back to Roger’s. She was kind helpful honest and not about the commission she willingly helped me along. Thank you Manveer so grateful and appreciate. Also wanted to thank DK for authorizing all the transitions so I was able to get great pricing and best plans. Thank you all

Sachin's patience and expertise were evident as he explained every detail of the BYOD plan with Virgin, a part of Bell and utilizing the same network. His thorough explanations and dedication to ensuring we understood the plan made our decision-making process smooth and informed. We are now very happy with the chosen plan, all thanks to Sachin's guidance. I highly commend Sachin for his professionalism and exceptional customer service.
