01-09-2024 18:55Very disappointed with the service today. I always come into the store and have a great experience the girls on the floor are always helpful and kind. However the cashier checking me out this evening was oblivious. I had paid for my shirt and the receipt printed out and she acted as if I have all the time in the world speaking to her coworker who was leaving the store after her shift. If you're going to be catching up with your staff member do it after dismissing the customer rather than have them wait around for the minute or two.

12-14-2023 07:33Today was an amazing day shopping at Lululemon square one with the support of Franco!! I was very indecisive and he helped me make many decisions with extreme patience and a big smile. I have not had this kind of support before and I am truly grateful. My Christmas shopping was made easier and I love my cross body camera bag in wine berry color. It's gorgeous!! Thank you Franco for the best shopping experience I have ever had!!! 10-01-2023 12:34We left a pair of pants to get altered and this was a week and half ago. No one answers the phone and when you leave a message, no call backs. This has happened before so bad on me. Typical time should be 3-5 business days and notifications by email. I received no notification. I have to risk going to Square One to see if it’s ready? Customer Service not good at all.

09-07-2023 22:51This renewal shop is losing touch on treating customers right. With brand selling products itself, offering quality products but mediocre customers experience means bed services. Do your research before getting into store. Buy online could be a better choice. Will I return - definitely...no.

08-20-2023 11:50I am writing this message to you, and I want an answer if your employee treated me with fairness. On Dec 10th, around 12pm, I was at your store in Square One Mall in Mississauga, because I did a refund of my vest. It was very smooth, then I realized that a jacket I bought was not really my size. Then I asked your staff if I could refund a “Final Sale” jacket. I showed her the electric receipt on my App, it shows “final sale” on the receipt. She told me “Yes, I can refund it to your original payment method.” I was very excited, and went back to pick up the jacket. When I came back to the store, another staff serviced me. She said she could not refund it since it is a “Final Sale”, I told her I came back because your colleague said “yes.” She insisted that she could not do it. So I asked her to get the manager. Her manager came and verified with the staff who said “Yes.” But the manager came back and said “No”. Years ago, I was in a big store purchasing a monitor because it was on sale. When I was ready to pay, I have been told the sale was over. I said your price tag was still there. The manager came over, looked at the price tag and said I had the price, he apologized that was their fault. I am asking you here, “Can I trust you?” I could give up the refund, but the tone of your store manager and staff talked to is unacceptable. The message they delivered to you was “You don’t know nothing, you are a fool, I am the master, and you can’t win.” At the end, I asked them about their names, so I could reference it in this message, but they refused and said “It is personal confidential.” Really??? There are lots of store gave employees’ name tag on their cloth, it is easy for customer to communicate. When I asked the store manager about her manager’s name, she gave it to me right away. Wow……. Double standard. I don’t know what to say, it was very unprofessional, I can’t believe it happen on my favorite brand. Very disappointed. Please give me an answer. I am very angry on the whole instance.

06-06-2023 23:17I had a reasonable experience here. Store layout was not the best and should probably be redone. The location was otherwise clean and had an acceptable ambiance. The staff who assisted me also seemed helpful enough. However, when it came time to pay she said she would put my stuff at the front so I could keep my hands free. I had a single item- not a burden by any means. I didn't think anything about it though, until I was in line and I realized every other person and their dog still had their stuff with them. Some had smaller items, some had more items, some had larger items, some clearly had bags and were encumbered, so why was I the only one whose stuff was put at the front? Suffice to say I wasn't impressed with this... I've seen that a couple reviewers below mentioned that it's better to shop online. Perhaps next time I will...
