01-11-2024 08:23I was trying two jackets in front of the mirror in the store, and one of the staffs told me to try them on in the fitting room and she took away one of the jackets I was gonna purchase. Really? We cannot try jackets on in front of the mirror? What is the mirror for then. I am confused because other people were trying the jakes on in front of the mirror in the store. She was angry and organizing the clothes that were left by some customers. I’m not the one who made the mess. How she treats the customer is very wrong.

11-14-2023 07:34Terrible terrible! I bought a coat yesterday at this location, unfortunately they didn't take the Metal detector off. Now I have to waste my time to go back to get this thing off. Last night there were 2 cashiers training their new person and no one (basically 6 eyes) has paying attention. Super disappointing! I contacted their customer service, they were no help at all. Basically since it's the store matter, its not their business. So beware!!!

11-08-2023 07:40Terrible service! Arrived tues at 1030am, not busy in the store. Asked an associate for help looking for a particular pair of denim jeans and she just pointed me in a general direction and told me look there. When arriving at that section, I was told they were taking pictures for the store and I couldn’t go browse (which is fine but maybe use a rope to corner off the area). Just the way customers are treated here (which is lack of service), turns me off completely from ever stepping foot in this store or buying any future products from them.

10-17-2023 12:42I have never been to a messier and dirtier store before. It seems that the company has no corporate policy around merchandise display and store cleanliness. I was similarly appalled at the Robson location last year, so it seems to be a more systematic issue and not location-specific. Coming over from RW u0026 co that is always meticulously organized and pleasant to shop at (and with an excellent customer service), Zara fell disappointingly short. Clothes were lying on the floor, left in random places and there were chunks of dirt on the floor. I gave up after 5 minutes and just left. Will not be coming again.

08-28-2023 20:19Recently renovated during the COVID pandemic and doubled or even tripled the size. Now that the men section is on the right and even bigger women section on the left. Each has their own cashier so be sure to check out at one with less of a line up when it is busy. Very spacious and comfortable, if you are coming with children, be sure to keep an eye on them since it is definitely a maze and takes a while to locate someone. Currently the men section entrance is blocked off due to pandemic protocol and entrance/ exit has staff stationed to provide assistance as necessary

06-30-2023 02:42I recently had a disappointing experience at the Zara store in Metrotown, where I encountered a lack of professionalism and mutual support among the Indian employees, including the manager. It was disheartening to witness how they seemed to protect and enable each other's unfriendly behavior towards customers. As someone who values good customer service, I found this situation to be highly unsatisfactory. I believe it is important for any retail establishment, regardless of the employees' backgrounds, to prioritize customer satisfaction. Friendly and attentive service should be the norm, and any form of unprofessional conduct or indifference should not be tolerated.
