Ever New Metrotown

Excellent customer service. I had called this location hoping for a description of a dress before ordering online since there's no location close to my home that where I could see myself. The staff member searched the whole store for me and even had me email a picture. She spent several minutes on the phone with me and finally found the dress and was able to describe the fabric for me. I am very impressed with the customer service I received - the employee easily could have said that she couldn't find the dress and given up.

I went to this store today , they weren’t ready to let the customer try anything also one lady ( don’t know her name ) was really rude and gave bland answers also said no for everything without even making any efforts . I just want to let her know this store isn’t luxury or out of budget of a common person , people do buy it from here. Her attitude was very much like this person won’t buy or can’t buy so she shouldn’t let the customer try it on . I believe it was too expensive for her which made her think so .

I came into the store looking for an outfit for a birthday Party. I received excellent customer service from the moment I stepped in. The sales associate listened to my tastes and found several options for me to try on. She was incredibly friendly and personable. She was relaxed and really did an excellent job making suggestions that really suited what I was looking for. I ended up buying an amazing dress. I was so pleased throughout the entire experience. The staff are courteous, welcoming, respectful, and have fabulous style. I look forward to shopping there again when I'm in town again.

Wow. What a disappointing experience… I’m buying a dress for a gala in California and was excited to see some of the items that I had previously looked at online. The talent shortage is real in this town: Your sales associate (brown hair, glasses and short/ medium set) was rude, dismissive and not engaged. After spending 10 minutes in the store helping myself I approached her for a change room. She gave me a blank look, paused and was extremely condescending and her response. I ended up walking out of the store. Shame on you… Do better. Your job is customer service.

There is a girl name Tamara looks a bit like Asian. I went to your store last week and I asked her to help me with a dress if it available online or other stores. Even before checking in the system she told me there is no other dress left . Ok I showed her other dress she said the same thing. Then I asked her one more help this time she asked her colleague to help me with my question and I heard saying a ‘B” word to me ..could hear it very clearly … I have my friends who visit your store every season but now I have told them to not come to your store again. Thanks a lot for your rude staff and I am going to file a law suite against you guys very soon .. for such a harassing and racist comment on me !

beware of using first time customer code if you unsure of sizing. they will only provide store credit. had to return a bridesmaid dress that didn't work out but won't be returning as a customer.

Went today with my bridal party to find dresses. We are very easy low key women so it was nice to have some space to try on the dresses we liked. The staff was accommodating. To our shock as this was the first store we walked into we found the dresses we liked! Hooray! We figured we would still look around, grab a bite to eat and circle back to grab the dresses as we were sure we found “the ones” When we brought them to the front cash asking if we can have them held for us for a few hours we were met with the rudest staff interaction, she practically rolled her eyes to the back of her head not to mention the distain in her voice when she ask us rudely “For how long?!” We handed over the dresses stating for a few hours and walked out. I will not spend my money in a shop that treats me like I’m a hassle. My wedding party and I chose to look elsewhere. Thank good we did!! We found that the Bay sells the same brand!! For a better price! We lucked out, found the EXACT same dresses for almost half the price! KARMA, Ever New KARMA.

Some of the rudest staff that you can find in Metrotown. They don’t acknowledge your existence when you’re standing right in front of them at the cash register for 5 mins (not even a “I’ll be with you on one second”). Even when they do speak to you it’s just a bunch of glares and eyerolls. Highly suggest you visit another location unless you want to deal with that.
