06-02-2023 19:45Visited this store many times over the years and store have wide variety of clothing to choose from. However, staff Kushman (Manager) happens to be in rush for closing the store 8 mins early on a black friday. While the cashier is attending other customer and there are 5 more other customers still shopping. There seems no reason for her to remind me twice, once at 8:52pm and again at 8:57pm that we should checkout. When questioned about the time, the response from her was that its 9pm in her watch. Receipt is attached for time stamp proof. She definetly gets top in worst customer service ever, would give negative rating if we have an option. Other cashiers are very prompt and professional.
