The customer service was exceptional. All 3 staff on happily assisted me. Each person knew what I wanted and remembered my name from when I entered to when I left. Genuine great customer service deserves recognition, thank you!

10/10 I was assisted by Tony today who went out of his way to help me find the perfect pairs of jeans. Nothing was too much trouble, he gave me a whole heap of options but wasn’t overbearing or pushy with the sale. Honestly an enjoyable experience I felt like I was shopping with a friend! He is an asset to your store. I’ll 100% be making more purchases from this store, especially if Tony is working! Thanks for your help!

A big thank you to the staff. Never bought a denim jacket before and the staff were so helpful. Tried a few till I settled on a Type 3 trucker jacket. Double denim is such a cool look! Should have done it years ago. Definitely coming back to buy a pair of jeans.

I like Levis produce but I dont like rude staff (girl). It’s my fault that I’m not good in English and it makes her raise her voice when she’s talking to me.
