I live nearby and come to this Au0026W frequently. They deserve 5 stars! Their food is consistently fast and fresh, and even better, all the workers are ALWAYS so friendly. I'm really grateful for this!

As far as I know, Au0026W is the only chain that has some stores connected to a gas station, probably only at Petro Canada. Family and I came for some gas, a car wash, and yes for some burgers! The restaurant side is fairly clean, but there was a random hair net just sitting there on the ground near the cash, ever so lonely. A visit to the washroom that was on the gas station side, I found that they really should service it more often. I’d feel better seeing a cleaner washroom where afterwards I’m going get some food. There was enough seats in the store to accommodate maybe 30, also a seating area outside. The Cashier seems okay, took our order even delivered it to our table, but in a bag and with no tray even though we were eating in. Food was hot, the burgers are juicy, the onion rings was okay, but I didn’t like the way the batter breaks a part so easily. The kids had the chicken strips which is good. Overall we don’t eat Au0026W often, I do feel it’s more expensive, but again the food does taste better then that of McDonalds. The root beer just tastes better at Au0026W.

I think these people are on the job for their first day. Very slow and poor service. They re fry an old hash brown instead of giving a fresh one like they said. Two small slices of bacon on the breakfast sandwich. Have to ask three times just to get a receipt. And they don't have a clue how to make coffee.

I usually come here, and I have to say the service is horrible. One time I came in the morning and waited patiently while the women finished their conversation in the kitchen. The cashier from Petro had to literally walk over and give them a signal that someone is waiting. Thank god for him. Likewise, I also come here often at midnight and usually the service is somewhat decent. However, this time around, the woman working front cash just had an attitude. Though it was not communicated, her demeanor said it all; it as if she did not want to be working. First, I was trying to order, and I couldn't hear what she was saying due to other conversations going on in the background, so she got annoyed because I had to ask her to repeat it a few times. Afterwards, she asked me what drink I would like and I said Gold Peak (Iced Tea). Right as I got my drink and took a sip, it turns out to be Sprite. Once again I asked her for Iced Tea (Gold Peak), and then she pours me Coke. I couldn't believe it, as I just said Gold Peak, and I told her I didn't ask for Coke. She then gives me attitude, as if I'm bothering her because she couldn't get the soft drink right. I told her right after that she doesn't have to give me attitude, and then she expressed, I'm not, as if her body language didn't say it all. I'm sorry, but we all have to work, and do things that we are not fond of, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude and unwelcoming. I'd advise her to work on her service skills, and her posture, as body language implies everything about how you feel. Just horrible service.

Went through the drive through to get a quick bite. Service was quick. Food was hot and fresh. Staff were friendly.

With so many fast food burger chains more conveniently located along my regular routes, it's been a long time since I've eaten at Au0026W. I stopped in at this Au0026W for a quick lunch before going to the nearby Canada's Wonderland. The food here is a lot cheaper! This outlet was located inside a gas station but had their own seating. Everything looked clean and new. My companion had Au0026W's app installed on her phone, showing some meal deals. We chose a combo that got us two Mozza Burgers, two fries, and two drinks for around $12 (if I recall). The burgers were good and the fries were crispy. With good food, especially at the coupon prices, it was a very good value!

Nice little au0026w inside the gas station. Good side seating with no interference or blocking the gas station customers. Employees were nice. I ordered breakfast and it was good.
