09-06-2023 02:23About three weeks ago I went there with my boyfriend to get a new mattress and other furniture. A guy served us, and he kept trying to push us place the order on that day. I know he needs the commission and I didn't want to waste his time, so I asked him several times to get the total package price for what we what to order. But he didn't give us any final price until I felt a little angry and told him I wouldn't make any decision today. Then he looked so surprised and made us feel like we were so ridiculous because we didn't buy anything from him. Hey, we're spending thousands dollars, shouldn't we sleep on it for couple days before we place the order? My boyfriend went back there a week after to buy the mattress. That guy wasn't there, another guy helped him. He said we just need to pay for the mattress and protector today, and we can schedule the delivery to any day we need. So we paid for the order, but the guy refused to give us any invoice to show what we ordered. He said we'll receive the invoice by mail. Which means we paid, but we couldn't get anything, even if an email. And you know what, even today, two weeks after the day we paid for the order, we still haven't received any invoice. Don't your store use any technology, even if we already in 21st century? I don't understand how you guys run the business. And because the guy said we could schedule the delivery for the mattress to any day, so we made an appointment for delivery the mid of Dec. Last week we got a call and told us they couldn't hold the mattress for us anymore, they have to deliver to us in this week. It's totally not our plan! If you cannot do that, why you promise before we pay to you?? The whole purchase experience is really horrible, WILL NOT recommend anyone buy anything from The Brick. Not only this location, just get rid of all The Brick stores. They don't know what they should do, they just want money from customers. Otherwise, they don't care about their customer at all.
