I paid full price for brand new Noritz tankless water heater installation 2 years ago. Water heat broke down recently. It comes with 24 years warranty. But installer didn’t come to check for 2 days. After that he finds that a part needs to be replaced. He doesn’t carry parts in stock for the mode he installed. It will take another 3-5 days. Looks like no hot water for me for almost 10 days. Stay away from Rona install services. They don’t carry parts, don’t respond to warranty call immediately and leave you to deal with the impact of equipment failure.

I've always relied on this Rona store for my DIY projects. This time, Oliver and Doug were a big help for my large project. Doug McAdam, in particular, took the time to understand what I needed and gave me great advice. It was a real lifesaver. Thanks!

Lydia Jones was the one that helping me out, she was really professional and responsible, she takes extra steps to make sure my order is completed and arrives on time. She’s defiantly a role model of the store, I wish my company can have an individual like her. Thank you again Lydia
